XREFOFSECTION - The first 6 digits of the 13 digit FBCAD parcel data contains this information. The first four identify the subdivsion and the two after the dash identify the section number. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> The following information appears on the front page of all recorded plats. There is also a spreadsheet in development (3 actually) that has this information. Search under plat. These should be the only 2 sources for the following information:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> SUBDIV_NM - Subdivision name as it appears on the recorded plat. The word \"subdivision\" and \"plat\" should not appear in the name.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Abbreviate as follows: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> STD - street dedication<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> PH - phase (followed by roman numerals for each phase number)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> RP - replat (followed by numeric designation, if applicable)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> MRP - minor replat (followed by numeric designation, if applicable)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> AP - amending plat (followed by numeric designation, if applicable)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> PRP - partial replat( followed by numeric designation, if applicable)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> \"Reserve\" should be spelled out<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> For numeric portions of the subdivision (amending plat 3, replat 2, etc. ) use on the numeric portion. Do not put # or NO.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Only schools, recreation sites, treatment plants, etc. can have the prefix NO to indicate the number<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> no punctuation or special characters (&, , /. etc. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> SECTION - Subdivision section number<\/SPAN>as indicated on the plat<\/SPAN><\/P> LOTS - numeric value of lots<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> BLOCKS - numeric value of blocks<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> RESERVES - numeric value of reserves<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> ACRES - acres as recorded on plat<\/SPAN>DO NOT CALCULATE GEOMETRY TOOL FOR THIS FIELD.<\/SPAN><\/P> RECDATE - date that the plat was recorded with the county. It is stamped with an offical county seal. Use this date. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Use Calculate Geometry for the next two:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> XLP - the x coordinate of the center of the polygon<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> YLP - the y coordinate of the center of the polygon<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> TYPE: - the type of development. Use the following naming convention:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> APARTMENTS - multi-family dwellings<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> SCHOOL - public schools only<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> RESIDENTIAL - single, mutli family (apartments, condos, duplexes, mobile home parks, etc.)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> COMMERCIAL - strip malls, single/multi business entities<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> RESERVES - (this is for the entire subdivision boundary and usually is for drainage)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> PUBLIC - (school, county, city, etc.)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> ROW - street dedication. Sometimes reserves and ROW are together, default should be ROW . If it is residential/commercial with an STD or ROW - go with residential/commercial. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> ALIAS - this is the informal or common name for a subdivision section. Example: The Willows, The Grove, Veranda, Verado. All alias names should be proper case - capital first letter of each word except prepostions in the middle of the title (Example: The Gates of the Preserve)<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> <\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
