Sometimes reserves and ROW are together, default should be ROW . If it is residential/commercial with an STD or ROW - go with residential/commercial. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 7 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>ALIAS - this is the informal or common name for a subdivision section. Example: The Willows, The Grove, Veranda, Verado.
